Rage Rituals: Dissent & Softness
Using Embodiology as a somatic anchor in our movement explorations we will exercise our liberties to righteous rage. Vocal and physical activity can be expected. A range of low risk movements and journaling can be expected. This workshop is geared toward rhythm play, sensory taps and diaphragm exercises to find tools of emotional release. Generative exercises are facilitated to support this shedding and witnessing. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to join.
