In partnership with Philadelphia Student Union, the Painted Bride is curating a night of poetry offerings! Hosted by and created for youth, this experience is meant to empower our young people (ages 14-21) to use their voice and follow their passion.
- 4-6PM: Youth poetry workshop led by poet ursula rucker. By RSVP only – space is limited to 20 participants.
- 6-7PM: Performances from poets Jordan Plain (Da Cooligans), Shirmina Geneva (Your Favorite Jawns), and Alex Brunson (Attic Youth Center)
- 7-8PM: Open mic for youth poets
