Run Away with the Bride, a scavenger hunt and fundraiser, celebrates Philly’s unique artistic
history! Developed in collaboration with Kalela Williams, Philly’s own Black History Maven, the
hunt will take place throughout the city from June 18th - 27th. Participants will support the
Bride while independently searching for 10 different culturally significant sites. At the end of the scavenger hunt, successful participants will be entered into a raffle to earn prizes from sponsors for their efforts. The Water Ways project is creating unique illustrations to facilitate
the hunt.
